1. Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed through our official ordering channels (website, app, or direct phone order).
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Prices listed are final and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.
2. Food Preparation & Quality Assurance
All food is prepared fresh against confirmed orders.
We follow strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards during preparation and packaging.
Images used on our website, app, or promotional materials are for representation only; actual food presentation may vary.
3. Delivery & Pickup
For delivery orders:
Delivery time slots are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must ensure that correct delivery details (address, contact number, etc.) are provided. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
For self-pickup orders:
Customers must collect their orders at the agreed pickup time.
Food not collected within a reasonable time may lose freshness, for which we will not be held responsible.
4. Responsibility of the Customer
Customers are responsible for checking their order at the time of receipt (item names, quantity, and packaging condition).
Allergies: Customers must inform us of any allergies before placing the order. While we take precautions, cross-contamination risks may exist, and we do not guarantee allergen-free food.
🚫 Return Policy
Strict No Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of food products, once an order is prepared, packed, and handed over (for delivery or pickup), we cannot accept any returns.
This policy ensures food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.
Claims for replacement or refund will only be entertained if:
The delivered item is incorrect compared to the confirmed order, or
The food is found to be damaged/compromised at the time of delivery/pickup.
Any such claims must be reported immediately at the time of receipt with proper evidence (photo/video).
❌ Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations After Confirmation: Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
This is because food preparation begins immediately after confirmation, and ingredients/resources are allocated specifically for your order.
Refunds will not be issued for orders that are cancelled by the customer after confirmation.

We will not be held liable for:
Delays in delivery due to unforeseen events (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).
Issues arising from customer negligence (wrong address, late pickup, not disclosing allergies).
Any adverse reactions due to undisclosed food allergies or intolerances.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our No Return and No Cancellation policies.
